All translation orders are final and non-refundable.
Evaluation orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, subject to an administrative fee ($25 for General Evaluations, $50 for Course-by-Course or Academic Experience Evaluations). After this period, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as work may already be in progress.
Please note that refunds will not be issued if a receiving institution, company or organization declines to accept the report, if results differ from expectations, or if documents cannot be validated.
If documents are determined to be invalid, altered, or unverifiable, GEO may discontinue the evaluation. No refund will be issued in such cases.
All evaluations are conducted with care and in accordance with established guidelines. GEO may contact institutions or agencies to verify the authenticity of submitted documents, which may extend processing times.
Clients may submit questions or appeals within 30 days of receiving an evaluation. Requests made after this period are subject to a $50 Revision Review Fee.
Digital copies are retained for three years. Extra copies may be requested at any time for $25 each.
GEO Credential Services reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval or refusal will be determined at our discretion, taking into account the stage and nature of the work performed.
